If all of the items you have ordered are in stock, we will dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 12pm, or the next day if ordered after. We dispatch items 7 days a week.
If any of the items you have ordered are backordered, this means we expect to be able to order them from our suppliers with our next order. For suppliers like Games Workshop, we are limited to a single weekly order, which is placed Sunday night, and arrives with us mid-week the following week.
By default, we will not split any orders. This means if you place an order with a mixture of backordered or pre-ordered items, and in-stock items, we will wait until all of the items in your order are available before shipping the whole order out to you.
If you need the order split, you will need to contact us, so that we can organise an additional shipping charge for this.
Many items on our website are available as a pre-order. This means the item is not yet in circulation, but has been announced by the publisher/creator.
If we receive these items from the supplier before the expected release date, the items will be delivered the day before the release date. This is because we have contracts with our suppliers to not release these items before those dates.
For Local Collection orders, the same applies. Items will not be able to be collected until the date of release.
Occasionally the release date of an item may change. As such, the release dates given on pre-orders on our website are not a guarantee of a delivery date.
All of our orders are sent via a tracked courier service. If you provide us with an email address at checkout, the courier will send a tracking link to that email.
This means you can see where your orders are at every step of the way! If you believe an order has become 'stuck' (staying in one status for more than 3 days), please contact us and we'll get in touch with the courier to resolve the situation.
Our delivery estimates are only estimates based on the vast majority of parcels, and are not a guarantee. Orders taking longer to be delivered are rare, but they can happen. In these situations we will not refund the delivery costs.
If you aren't in when the delivery is attempted, a card will be left by the courier letting you know what's happened. In most cases a redelivery will be attempted the next day, and you can visit the courier's website to make changes like having your parcel delivered to a neighbour.
Our standard 'Standard' shipping is typically delivered 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Our 'Express' delivery option is offered through the same courier as our 'Standard' option. 'Express' shipping is typically delivered 1-2 working days after dispatch.
For those living close to us, we offer a Local Pickup option. This can be selected at checkout on the 'Collect' tab of the shipping menu.
We will always attempt to have these ordered processed and ready to collect within 24 hours.
In order to ship aerosols, even within the UK, a Dangerous Goods license is required. Currently, we don't posses one of these, and as such we're unfortunately not able to ship aerosols.
As such, if any aerosol item is added to your cart, there will be no shipping options available, but you will still be able to select Local Pickup if you live locally.
