Made of the very essence of chaos itself, these warp-spawned beasts are the literal stuff of nightmares.
The four chaos gods: Khorne, Nurgle, Tzeentch, and Slaanesh each have their own favoured style of combat and tactics, and their daemons reflect this.
Khorne cares not from where the blood flows, and his skull throne is adorned with the skulls of his followers and enemies alike. Relishing in the the thrill of combat, his daemons are the most brutal in a melee.
Nurgle is the god of disease and decay, and his daemons ooze noxious fumes and pus, covering battlefields in their stench. To even be near a daemon of nurgle is dangerous, as those who do survive in battle are just as likely to succumb to their illnesses after.
Tzeentch is the changer of ways, and master of mystery. It is said that everything which happens is part of his grand plan, though none but he know what that is. Tzeentch favours magic, and his daemons shift their shape continually on the battlefield, some even splitting into further daemons when killed.
Slaanesh loves all things in excess, and derives pleasure from pain. The daemonettes of Slaanesh lure in foolish beings with their charms, before destroying them with a flurry of blows too quick for the human eye to see. They revel in torture, and depravity.
An army of chaos daemons gives you a huge variety of models to pick from, and a number of colour schemes and fighting styles to go with them. Ideal whether you like a bit of everything, or you want to devote yourself to one particular god!
